The Homeroom Guidance program (HGP) seeks to develop personality of learners through an understanding of the self and the environment, and prepare them for their roles in the family, work, higher, education, and the community.
The HGP was designed as a way to strengthen the functions of school guidance. As such, HGP gives importance to individual learners. The HGP activities aim to develop each learner's personality and enhance the students' social relationships with teachers and other classmates.

Ang pokus ng kursong ito ay ang sarili bilang kabahagi ng pamilya at paaralan tungo sa pagkakakilanlan bilang indibidwal at kasapi ng komunidad, gamit ang konsepto ng pagpapatuloy at pagbabago, interaksyon distansya at direksyon at ang pagpapahalaga sa kapaligirang pisikal at paaralan.

The learner demonstrates understanding of body awareness, space awareness, qualities of effort and movement relationships through participation in enjoyable physical activities.
HEALTH
The learner demonstrates an understanding of the essential concepts related to nutrition and personal health as well as knowledge in injury prevention, safety and first aid, as factors in facilitating the development of healthy habits and practices among individuals.

The learner demonstrates basic communication skills in talking about familiar topics using simple words and both verbal and non-verbal cues to understand spoken language, shows understanding of basic vocabulary and language structures, reading process, writing system and appreciates aspects of oneโs culture.

The learner listens for comprehension, speaks clearly and uses appropriate expressions in talking about oneself, family, and other
social context interactions.
