The Homeroom Guidance Program (HGP) operates on the belief that every student is unique, and has abilities to develop oneself using one's learnings and experiences, and with support from school, family, community, government, and other institutions.

The HGP shall address the academic, personal/social and career needs of the students in a developmental, comprehensive and proactive manner, in order to produce students who understand themselves, respect individual differences, make informed decisions, have problem-solving skills, and are able to achieve academic success and plan for their future. Furthermore, it envisions to prepare learners to work for the common good of society while upholding international standards.

As future mental health professionals, let us promote awareness of the most common challenges every individual experiences, not only in this virtual campus, but also at their homes. Moreover, let us share our knowledge in overcoming these life challenges to sustain a healthy mind and heart.

In this course, students will be able to enhance their leadership skills, and promote a safe and interactive learning environment, not only for themselves, but for the entire Paduan community as well.
