The Homeroom Guidance program (HGP) operates on the belief that every student is unique, and has the abilities to develop oneself using one's learnings and experiences, and with support from the school, family, community, government, and other institutions.

The HGP shall address the academic, personal/social, and career needs of the students in a developmental, comprehensive, and proactive manner, in order to produce students who understand themselves, respect individual differences, make informed decisions, have problem-solving skills, and are able to achieve academic success and plan for their future.  Furthermore, it envisions to prepare learners to work for the common good of society while upholding international standards.
